About CDA
The Cuttack Development Authority has been constituted vide Housing and Urban Development Department Notification No: 37634/HUD, dated 31.08.1983 under the provisions of the Orissa Development Authorities Act, 1982 w.e.f. 01.09.1983. Since then the Organization is functioning with the following branches.

The above Branches have been assigned with specific subjects under the sole control of the Vice-Chairman who is a whole time Member and Ex-Official President of the Authority. A section is a unit in a Branch-in-Charge of a Section Officer.
