The Cuttack Development Authority, Cuttack came to its existence during the year 1983 and after its inception, different types of constructions like plotted Development Schemes, Commercial/Market Complexes, Horticulture Schemes and other infrastructure developmental facilities are being executed through its two Divisions under the supervision of Engineer Member, two Executive Engineers apart from some A.E.'s and J.E.'s. The Engineer Member is at over all charges of Engineering Branch and Soil Conservation Branch. The Executive Engineer is looking after Civil, Electrical and Park & Plantation works and the Executive Engineer-II being its Division at Abhinab Bidanasi Project area is looking after P.H. Works such as foul sewer, storm water drainage and water supply system etc.
